The off-season for St Kilda is over for many of its young players.
Starting Monday, the club's first to fourth-year players will begin their pre-season training, which will include a time trial day one.
This will be the first time new recruit Nathan Freeman will train with the Saints, who is hoping for his first injury free pre-season since being drafted into the competition.
The recently sanctioned Jake Carlisle will also join the training group despite entering his seventh season in the AFL system.
Carlisle was handed a two-match ban by the AFL, a $50,000 pay cut, an illicit drug strike amongst many other penalties following his recent white powder controversy.
