St Kilda will host several marquee matches in the 2016 season, including the continuation of 'Maddie's Match' against Richmond.
However, the annual New Zealand ANZAC Day clash appears to have been discontinued.
The Saints will also face Collingwood in round three to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the club's solitary premiership, which was won by a point against the Pies in 1966.
This match will be the first time the Saints have played a home game at the MCG since 2013.
Along with these two matches is the introduction of the "Pride Match", which will see St Kilda and Sydney celebrate sexual diversity and equality.
The traditional Indigenous round has been renamed the Sir Doug Nicholls Round, in which the Saints face Fremantle in a Saturday twilight fixture.
Captain Nick Riewoldt's 300th game will most likely occur in round two, and if so will be played at Etihad Stadium.
It is also rumoured that St Kilda will have less Sunday twilight fixtures than last season.
The full 2016 fixture will be released tomorrow.
